The statuses that can still owe money. Exported so every raw status predicate (check pool, interest cron, invoice-list overdue facet) shares this ONE list — ADR-0053 relies on it: written-off invoices keep their status and must stay in these scans, and a new status value added here is added everywhere. Frozen for real: this now feeds money queries, so type-level readonly alone is not enough.
