Record and reverse payouts the owner made OUTSIDE the app (ADR-0020: the owner funds contractor
pay manually in Wise — normally against a prepared run, but sometimes ahead of one). A recorded
manual payout is a batch-less payments row: batch_id IS NULL is the discriminator, and
computePayRun deducts it from the same period's run so the money is never paid twice.
Owner-only, like every write that creates or touches disbursed money (advanceBatch,
paymentEdits, paymentAdjustments): recording a manual payout is strictly more powerful than
setPaymentPaid — it creates a completed payment row and suppresses that amount from a run.
