Admin (owner) hand-edit of a contractor's Wise payout identifiers. The batch file keys on wiseRecipientId (the recipient UUID); wiseId (numeric) and wisetag are reference fields, and wiseRecipientDetail is the display hint reproduced in the file. All optional — blank clears the field. See ADR-0030.
