Batch-send draft invoices (cockpit Review & Send). acknowledgeUnapproved clears the soft gate. cc/bcc are ad-hoc per-send recipients (added to the saved invoice defaults); saveDefault persists them as the new invoice-process default. perInvoice carries per-invoice message/reply-to tweaks keyed by invoice id (one-off; never saved as a default).
